Mandrel bent, all tubing joints are pneumatic hydraulic notched, seam sleeved, welded and polished. More pictures of the light bar mounted on my Range Rover coming soon. This particular design is custom and 1 of. All my components are fixture jig clamped during welding to ensure accuracy and consistency mitigate warping the process.

All fabricated components are sandblasted to remove impurities prior coating, zinc primer base coated and finished in semi-gloss black powder coat. All my mounting and light tabs are stamped. All my tubing bend components are c.

All tubing is cleaned and polished prior to welding. All welds are gas m. Welded and i'm damn good at what I do. This light mount will to all land Rover Range 2 model's.
