North American specification model specific Defender 90 soft top or hard top half platform roof rack crossbar pair w integrated clamps all stainless steel mounting hardware whats included:one half length profile rack two external roll cage crossbars with clamps all required to install all fabricated components are sandblasted remove impurities prior coating, zinc primer base coated and finished in semi-gloss black powder coat.

All my tubing bend components are c. Welded and i'm damn good at what I do. My clamps are made from machined steel rather then cast aluminum like the originals as they were considered weak point of original kits prone to cracking.

Since my clamps are made from the steel, I integrate them to crossbars with think is much clean looking and ultimately stronger.

Currently taking orders. This rack will mount to all land Rover n. All my mounting tabs are stamped.

All tubing is cleaned and polished prior to welding. Mandrel bent, all tubing joints are pneumatic hydraulic notched, seam sleeved, welded and polished. All my components are fixture jig clamped during welding to ensure accuracy and consistency mitigate warping the process.

All welds are gas m. My roof racks are made using a different construction method of notching rather than the crimping smashing flattening used in originals as I think is much cleaner looking and ultimately stronger.

The price listed here is my for orders processed on premium. I have made hundreds of custom roof racks and over a hundred these particular kits the years but phased out production all my Urban Offroad products as never found way to be profitable enough making things one at time ordered, in America, by an American, this very small yet saturated niche market justify continuing further.
