It has scratches and scuffs as you'd expect from a utility part, but is perfectly functional. This is an oem Bmw roof rack that I used on my series sedan for a couple of years. Underneath the rack it lists weight limit specs for the E46 3 series 75kg and should work on all E46 model's sedan, coupe, convertible with hard top from excluding the wagon. It is secured with four 8mm bolts, included.
