In addition, as this is a 'used' item, there may be some scratches and imperfection compared to a new one, otherwise, the item is in excellent condition in my opinion. If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't even have noticed it.
It is in great working condition and clean. This does not affect the functionality of the rack though the crossbars has slot channel which when used with the right the bolts can be used with many of today's slot mounted bike carriers, which gives it a clean euro look.
As well as from model year 1999 to it does not affect the functionality of the rack.
It is very slight and barely noticeable.
One of the bars has a very slight ding result of hitting a 2x4. Full disclosure here my fellow Er's. Comes with a special tool for the security bolt which also double up as a key for installation as well as a special tab tool to pop the cover off the top of your roof to install the rack. This was mounted on a 2005 Bmw 330i 4 door sedan and seems to fit a variety of 3 E46 3 series 323i, 323ci, 325i, etc.
Otherwise it looks great and is in great working condition. For sale is a oem Bmw roof rack or base rack.
