Offer includes set of racks, key and I will include the Thule fairing. This is a great condition oem used vw rack made by Thule for Volkswagen.
Everything works as it should and all hardware needed. I clipped it on the front without any hardware and it seems to have worked for the past year. I will only ship to the contiguous us lower 48 states. The fairing is not factory to this rack, but i'm including it at no extra charge.
Although listing says economy shipping, FedEx is usually my preferred method for packages of this size and weight. I have ski snowboard racks in another offer that go with these base racks. I hand wash my car, so i've never had to worry about going through a car wash with the fairing installed.
