Details:
Comes with basket, tire mount bracket, and locking hitch pin. I changed out the bolt that ties the bracket to the basket with a locking hitch pin included so its removed easily. It has not seen any rough use because it was removed when not on the road, solely used to move luggage from one stop to the next and spent it's down time in doors.
There are a few minor surface scratches as seen in the pictures.
