Details:

There are no indents in the rubber that holds the ski or snowboard. The bolts, fasteners, and most importantly the keys are included.

Also according to the included Saturn instructions an Allen key screwdriver was to be included but is missing. It does have a few marks, see the last three pictures. It does not appear to be a speciality driver. Finally, the manual states it is for the 2002 Vue.

Never used Saturn Vue ski and snowboard rack. This is used to tighten down the hardware to the existing roof frame. It may fit newer model's but my local dealer was not helpful.
