Details:

It is designed to clamp onto the roof rails mounted to the SUV. It is missing 3 of the nuts and one screw that are used to tighten the clamp to the feet. Porsche Cayenne roof rack from a 2004 Cayenne. There was a tool used to tighten the bolts which is no longer with the set.

It is in very good cosmetic condition. Also because there are so many small pieces to the clamp mechanism, some have gone missing.
