I bought this at an offer, from comparing pics of other ones, everything looks to be there but could be a bolt missing or something, I dont think so but I have never had experience with bike racks at all.

This as far as I understand, just goes in the hitch with a lock pin and its installed, wow easy, also it swings away from the vehicle so you can open it without moving the rack off. I think this is a 4 bicycle rack myself but my friend says its three.
