The box is a little worn but the rack is in nice condition, nothing has ever been taken out of the original packaging. Made by a company named hut chins, part SD 200. If I can answer any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

Vintage universal luggage rack for small to medium size trunk decks. For trunk deck 44 inches to 60 in width and no less than 19 inches in the depth see picture on box. Instructions and hardware have never been opened.
