Details:

Please know this before buying. It might work with other vans the width is somewhat adjustable. Note the right rear gutter mount shows no clamp and bolts in the picture, but they are on it now just like the other mounts. Both mechanisms have provisions for a pad lock to be installed for security.

There is some surface rust in a few places see pictures.

I'll get the measurements posted soon. Everything looks to be complete and the locking mechanisms work smoothly.

Clamps on to the gutter with locking nuts. Please know what you are buying.
