This Tuv universal car top carrier will work on most luggage racks with cross members. No rain can enter the clam shell when it's shut. 4 adjustable brackets are in great shape to clamp on to auto SUV luggage rack cross members. We clamp carrier to factory luggage rack cross members of a Toyota land cruiser.

Auto SUV luggage rack should have at least 2 cross members diameter to fit 4 adjustable clamps brackets see photos the adjustable brackets on bottom side have multiple position hole sets for each of the 4 brackets.
