Details:

Needless to say, it has been sitting in the garage for the last two years. This was a factory luggage basket rack that was on our Ford Explorer.

This has plenty of use left in it. We traded our SUV in, but took the rack thinking we could use it on another vehicle. It is missing one of the top cross bars, you can see the other one in the picture is slightly bent. This does not impede the use of the rack.
