I'm assuming it is waterproof, but a good coat of canvas water repellent could never hurt.

By my measurements the storage area is approx. After that, it is out of our control. I stuffed it with sleeping bags etc x 23 x comes with attached straps bungees.

Zipper seams looks strong hearty. To get photos with shape, but I think I had it rolled on its side. The bag is new unused but obviously not in it's original packaging.
