Never installed, new kit retails for states west of the rocky's are 25 more.

The free shipping is for the USA 48 states and only states east of the rocky's are free. It has the wiring and all hardware with it.

Most parts are nice, just not boxed. Sorry but it is only fair to the rest of buyers not to pay 25 more.
