Details:

Perhaps I am being to careful in describing the scratch but I want to fully disclose the issue. I tried to take a photo of the small scratch but due to shine of chrome it won't show up on a photo.

All hardware key to locks included. There is one small scratch on the bottom side of one of the racks which will not be viable when installed. The scratch is a surface scratch.

Note the roof racks you are buying on are used not new but in very good condition. Ground shipping.
