Includes four rapid towers and four end caps to affix thule rapid load bars to factory installed roof rack foot pack is slotted to accept aluminum rapid load bars sold separately for seamless look adjustment tool built into feet, making it easy to tweak and lock down with no external hardware rubber coated steel strap secures foot to side rail. These were on the car about 6 months and have never seen a winter yet. I sold my car and no longer have a use for these thule rapid crossroad railing 450R pack.
These mounts will only work with the aeroblade cross bars. These mounts are extremely easy to put on and take off. The aeroblade bars make much less noise than the traditional thule square bars do. I have had both.
