From manufacturer: INNO IN-XP Base Stays for Vehicles with TRacks and Fixed Points - Easy to install remove the included mounting knob. New Inno Crossbars of lengths up to 72 are available for approx $100 2 from Trailer or other vendors. Everything is brand new, other than a very minor knock here or there.

The included User Manual has a manifest of all parts - I have checked twice and confirmed every single part is here in the box. Bar end garnish with a modern chrome finish - Mounting knob for easy installation requires the appropriate Fit Kit Max load: 132lbs 60kg, Features Newly re designed larger lever easier. Looks rough but just the box exterior is that way, been on shelf. JUST FYI: I have been told that this fit kit also works on older Thule square bars are 1 x 1.5.

Locks and keys included. Sells for $2 listing here half of price we found online. New and unused in original box, as described above. My dad sold his storage business, including several work vehicles.
